Discovery Call with a Team Member
Your journey begins with a brief conversation with our team to learn more about what you are experiencing, what you are looking for, and whether Simplify Health may be the right fit for you. We will also answer initial questions and explain what to expect next.
Health Discovery Consult
You will meet with Dr. Jennifer for an in-depth conversation about your health history, current concerns, symptoms, goals, and the patterns that may be contributing to how you feel. Together, we determine what additional information may be helpful, including appropriate lab testing.
Lab Review Visit
Once your lab results are available, Dr. Jennifer will walk you through the findings and explain how they may connect with your symptoms, history, and overall health picture. The goal is to give you clarity about what the data is showing and what areas deserve attention first.
Health Program for Your Individualized Needs
After your Lab Review, we will recommend the Simplify Health program that best aligns with your findings, health priorities, and goals. You will receive a clear, structured path forward using our step-by-step framework, with personalized recommendations designed around your unique health picture, so you know what to focus on, in what order, and why.
Ongoing Support and Customization
Your health plan evolves as you do. As you move through the program, we provide ongoing education, accountability, reassessment, and adjustments based on your progress, feedback, and changing needs.
